- Sign in to your Telco Rewards account or create an account if you are a new customer.
- Complete your purchase and apply any available cashback during checkout.
- Copy the 12-digit PIN shown on the confirmation page or in your confirmation email.
- From your chatr phone, text your 12-digit PIN to 611. You can also apply your PIN using chatr’s online top-up service.
Keep your PIN secure and enter all 12 digits exactly as shown. Digital top-up PINs are non-refundable once they have been delivered.
