Call to add a top-up
Dial #PCMO (#7266) for free from your PC Mobile phone, or call 1-877-284-6361 from any other phone, then follow the voice instructions. For rates and more info, visit pcmobile.ca/prepaid. -
Know the validity period for deposited funds
Once the funds are deposited into your account, the following validity periods apply:- $15 is valid for 30 days
- $25 is valid for 60 days
- $100 is valid for 365 days

Expiry and restoration rules
Unused funds will expire after the validity period unless you top up before the expiry date. Expired funds will be restored if you top up within 7 days of expiry. -
When your updated balance appears
Your new balance and expiry date will be reflected on your account within 48 hours of adding the funds. -
Refunds, PIN security, and coverage notes
This voucher is non-refundable. No refund or replacement is provided for a lost or stolen PIN, unauthorized use, or any expired PIN (in whole or in part).
