How to Top-Up TELUS Prepaid

Follow these simple steps to top up your TELUS Prepaid account and stay connected.

Tip: Keep your voucher (PIN) handy. If you’re entering a voucher code, double-check all digits before submitting.

  1. Go to My Account on your mobile device (free).

    Log into My Account to view and manage your prepaid balance and settings.

  2. Dial *114* (your 14-digit voucher number) followed by the # key.

    Press the SEND button to complete your top-up using your voucher.

  3. Visit the TELUS Mobility website.

    Log into to manage your account and top-up options.

  4. Dial *611 from your TELUS Prepaid phone.

    Follow the prompts to top up your account using your phone.
