You’ve made your first prepaid top-up purchase on Telco Rewards. Now there’s another way to build your cashback balance: shop with participating online retailers through Telco Rewards.

How to earn cashback when you shop

1. Sign in to your Telco Rewards account.
2. Open Featured Stores and choose a retailer. Check the cashback rate and any offer conditions shown for that store.
3. Click through to the retailer from Telco Rewards.
4. Complete your purchase during that shopping session. If you leave and return later, start a new shopping trip through the Telco Rewards link.

When your eligible purchase is reported and confirmed, the cashback is added to your Telco Rewards account. You can apply available cashback toward a future prepaid mobile top-up purchase.

Make sure your purchase tracks

Always begin at Telco Rewards before shopping with a participating retailer. Stay signed in, and review the retailer’s offer terms before you buy. Returns, cancellations and excluded items may affect the cashback you receive.

Cashback may initially appear as pending while the retailer confirms your purchase or its return period passes. If a shopping purchase still hasn’t appeared after 30 days, use the Missing Transactions form and include your receipt if possible.
